The Role
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a dual role, driving B2B sales performance while developing the leadership skills required to manage and scale a team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating and managing new B2B client relationships
• Delivering consultative sales presentations to decision-makers
• Managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets
• Supporting and mentoring junior consultants
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
• Monitoring KPIs and contributing to performance strategy
You will work directly with the senior management team, gaining exposure to both front-end revenue generation and back-end business operations.
Leadership Development Pathway
