Customer Support Advisor Timpson House
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Pay: £22425 - £22500 PA

Job Purpose
To provide an excellent customer support service to the Timpson Group ensuring that all complaints and queries received into the Customer Support Department are appropriately actioned and resolved in line with the department set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving telephone calls, emails/letters from customers with enquiries across all the Businesses.
* Liaising with colleagues in the Department discussing complaints and rectifying problems.
* Communicating with colleagues in our National Workshops for work in progress and delivery times etc.
* Completing written correspondence and records of all ongoing issues.

* Ability to compose written correspondence to customers

Existing experience within a customer support role is highly desirable however not essential as full training will be provided. This role would be perfect if you have bags of enthusiasm, are self-motivated, are a confident communicator, can show empathy, work to deadlines and are a team player!
