In this role as Store Manager you will be:
1. Providing a great customer experience both on the phone and face to face.
2. Reporting into the Regional Manager and managing the assistant store manager.(You are a team of 2)
3. Following up on all overnight website enquiries and converting any prospects into storage customers.
4. Creating a welcoming and professional environment where customers know their items are safe an secure.
5. Carrying out associated customer paperwork.
6. Daily checking of units making sure that all is secure.
7. Selling associated storage accessories to customers and understanding their needs. (excellent customer service is what this company is known f...
