About the role
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer’s home. We’re looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary.

* Build natural connections, truly listening to customers, and delivering expert advice each time.
* Confidently recommend the best options, demonstrating product expertise.
* Guide customers through the buying journey, asking great questions to help them find the perfect fit.
* Offer honest advice and accuracy: Be real with customers, building trust.
* Keep the showroom stunning, ensuring a consistent and beautiful customer journey.
