KeyResponsibilities:
* Developand maintain strong relationships with clients understanding theirbusiness needs and challenges.
* Translate thecomplex into clear understandable terms for clients ensuring theygrasp the value and impact of ourservices.
* Drive business growth throughstrategic account planning and execution identifying opportunitiesfor upselling and crossselling whilst maintaining clientretention.
* Manage and oversee client accountsensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope and to thehighest quality.
* Collaborate with our technicalteam to design and implement bespoke IT solutions for specificbusiness problems.
* Maintain meticulousdocumentation for all account activities.
* Stayahead of industry trends and developments continuously expandingyour knowledge and expertise in ITsolutions.

* Aproven track record in account management preferably within the ITor technology sector.
* Exceptional communicationskills both written and verbal with the ability to translatecomplex technical topics into clear conciselanguage.
* A robust understanding of finance andthe expertise to assist clients in planning and managing their ITbudgets and forecasts.
* An interest intechnology with a basic understanding of IT solutions and theirapplication in solving business problems.
* Anatural problem solver ambitious and adaptable to changerecognising that the IT industry constantlyevolves.

Thisis a fulltime role working 40 hours weekly and nbsp;Monday Friday(no weekends). While the role is based in our office near SussexUniversity it includes flexible arrangements for client visitsaround Sussex. A pool car isavailable.
The basicsalary for this position ranges from 27000 to 32000 based on yourexperience. With our uncapped commission structure your totalearnings could exceed55000.
