About the role and the Team:
We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded Commercial Performance Manager to strengthen our performance measurement, insight generation and decision support capability across key segments and channels. This role is critical in enabling better commercial decision-making by evaluating the effectiveness of commercial actions, uncovering performance gaps, and providing clear, actionable insights. You'll work closely with Commercial Performance, Segment Marketing, Digital, Pricing, Customer Service and Sales teams, acting as the single owner of performance insight and effectiveness measurement.
What will you be doing?
1. Analyse commercial performance across orders, ARPU, penetration, segments and channels, turning data into clear, senior-ready insights. Provide holistic post implementation reviews of commercial actions that aims to drive orders and/or ARPU.
2. Be able to forecast acquisition, renewal and churn trends for requested segments and deliver a timely, big picture summary to upper management, Segment Teams and Channel Teams in Trading Calls.
3. Provide post-implementation reviews of commercial actions, assessing what worked, what didn't and why to shape future plans.
4. Recommend commercial actions i.e. pricing, positioning for us to drive performance by understanding levers to improve performance in selected segments.
5. Act as a trusted analytical partner to senior stakeholders, operating in a test-and-learn and performance-driven culture.
What are we looking for:
6. Experience in commercial performance, pricing, analytics or revenue management.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell simple, compelling stories from complex data.
8. Background in a subscription or recurring-revenue environment.
9. Confident stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
10. Experience with KPI frameworks and performance measurement.
11. Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar (desirable).
