We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students across the curriculum and help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
1. Provide tailored support to individuals or small groups of students.
2. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and assessments.
3. Support pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum and stay engaged.
4. Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
5. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
1. Positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to learning support.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
4. Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise) is desirable.
5. A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) is beneficial—but training can be provided.
