A little more about your role Day to day running of a range of lease advisory instructions, for a variety of purposes. Property inspections and measured surveys. Standard property due diligence. Valuations and report writing. Representing and dealing directly with the firm's clients (many of whom are Blue Chip). Maintaining Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Keeping abreast of market, case law and legislatory developments A strong ability to develop own business relationships, instructions, and clients both internally and externally. The Team The wider team is comprised of a team of over 170 individuals, it has a strong growth agenda and as such requires a skilled surveyor to develop and grow our services with both existing and new clients. What we will be looking for you to demonstrate Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with post qualification experience. A strong understanding of 3rd party, arbitrator and expert witness processes and procedures. Educated to degree level (or equivalent). A working understanding of The RICS Red Book and Code of Measuring Practice. A good understanding of the UK commercial property market. Well-developed report writing skills and an ability to identify key issues impacting leasehold obligations and opportunities. A very detailed working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law. A strong team mindset with a willingness to undertake challenging and diverse workload in collaboration with colleagues. Ability to effectively investigate internal and client data to develop innovative and value driving solutions. A strong desire to proactively progress your career within a global company.
