Assistant Brand Manager – Consumer Health
We are looking for a commercially minded marketer ready to bring brands to life in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment. This role delivers impactful brand strategies and activation plans across a dynamic FMCG portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Support the development and rollout of brand plans aligned to business goals
* Deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and media channels
* Own content creation and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence online
* Drive and optimise digital marketing campaigns for performance and reach
* Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and support budget management
* Collaborate with commercial teams and retail partners to bring initiatives to market
* Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
* Work closely with Sales, Category & Insights, Commercial Strategy, Global brand and innovation teams and external agencies (media, creative, research)
Qualifications
* Background in marketing, business or a related field
* Experience or exposure within FMCG, Consumer Health or a fast‑moving commercial environment
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and media channels
* Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
* Analytical thinking with attention to detail
* Comfortable working across multiple projects in a dynamic setting
Benefits & Compensation
* Salary: £44,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, with annual reviews in April
