Marketing Campaign Executive
Salary: £30,000–£32,000
Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and content specialists to plan, launch and optimise B2B campaigns that generate quality leads. You will take full ownership of campaign performance including tracking results, improving outcomes and ensuring smooth operation across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
* Work with sales, marketing and content teams to prepare, align and launch campaigns.
* Translate the company's key messages and customer needs into clear, relevant marketing campaigns.
* Plan campaigns focused on specific companies or high-value accounts rather than broad audiences.
* Select the right target audiences and maintain accurate, up-to-date data lists.
* Monitor daily campaign performance across email, social ads, web, etc.
* Improve campaigns regularly to increase lead volume, lead quality and conversion rates.
* Address performance issues promptly when results dip (e.g., low engagement or poor targeting).
* Create and update dashboards so stakeholders can view leads, performance data and campaign activity.
* Use data insights to propose new ideas or enhancements for future campaigns.
What They're Looking For
* Experience in B2B lead generation or digital/campaign marketing.
* Strong understanding of campaign management or marketing operations.
* Confidence working with data, dashboards and performance metrics.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with sales.
* Knowledge of the IT/tech sector is a big plus.
* Ability to write or refine outreach and campaign messaging.
* Proactive, organised and detail‑focused.
* A genuine desire to grow within tech marketing.
