Full Job Description
Alliance is seeking a Customer Services Assistant on a 6-monthfixed term contract to work within the customer services team toprovide an efficient, helpful service to our customers and to sharethe responsibility for attaining target customer service standards.This is a hybrid role based in the Chippenham office 2 days a week(Monday and Tuesday ideally) reporting to the Customer ServicesManager for the duration of your temporary contract.
The key responsibilities of the Customer Services Assistantare to:
* Process customer sales order process daily tothe customer requirements and in line with Alloga delivery schedule
* Resolve customer queries (both consumers and trade) by emailand phone in a timely manner.
* Daily invoicing of customers,submit to customers, update Amazon Vendor Central
* Daily cashallocation
* Monitor and chase customer payments on behalf ofthe Finance department
* Run the PSRR spreadsheet every Fridayto collect data for the out-of-stock products and loss of sales.
* Ensure GxP compliance within the Customer Services andadherence to QMS.
* Participation in other customer serviceactivities as required.
The idealCustomer Services Assistant will have/be:
* Previouscustomer service experience dealing with customers via email and thephone
* Strong data and systems experience
* Confidentcommunicator with good interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Strong attention to detail and perform with a high degree ofaccuracy
* Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks
* Apositive problem-solving attitude
