Pantry Supervisor
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Pay: £17.44 per hour
Reports to: Pantry & Vending Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a hands‑on Pantry Supervisor to manage daily operations of coffee machines and vending services across a busy, multi‑floor site. You’ll ensure machines are clean, stocked, and fully operational while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee coffee machines and vending across multiple locations
* Manage cleaning, stock levels, and machine uptime
* Log and escalate faults; carry out basic troubleshooting
* Monitor performance using digital systems
* Supervise a team of 6 operatives and coordinate daily tasks
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
* Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders
About You
* Experience in pantry, vending, coffee, or similar environment
* Previous supervisory experience (or ready to step up)Organised, proactive, and confident using digital tools
* Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards
