The Role
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining plant and equipment to optimum standards, ensuring safe, efficient operation with minimal downtime in a high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on production equipment as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
2. Maintain machinery safely while minimising downtime and disruption to production
3. Perform in-depth visual inspections on critical components to identify wear, damage, or metal-on-metal contact
4. Accurately document PPM checks and log corrective actions
5. Fault finding and root cause analysis to improve reliability and performance
6. Ensure health & safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
7. Use spare parts, consumables, and engineering resources efficiently
8. Maintain workshops and engineering areas in a clean, safe, and fit-for-purpose condition
What We’re Looking For
9. NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
10. A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure
11. High attention to detail and a proactive maintenance mindset
12. A reliable Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who can meet deadlines and performance targets
What’s On Offer
13. Salary of £45,000 – £46,000
