We have an exciting opportunity for a band 6 Physiotherapist to work at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The post is a Band 6 general rotation which includes:
* Paediatrics
* Orthopaedics
* Care of the older person
* Neurology
* Respiratory
The successful applicant will join friendly teams and work between North Tyneside General Hospital, Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care hospital at Cramlington, Wansbeck General Hospital, Hexham General Hospital, and a range of rehabilitation units across the trust.
Working pattern:
* Seven‑day working and Bank Holiday rota for inpatient services
* Evening on‑call rota for the respiratory service at Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care hospital
Applicants must:
* Demonstrate experience as a Band 5 Physiotherapist in orthopaedics, elderly care, neurology and respiratory; NIV experience advantageous
* Show excellent communication skills with the multidisciplinary team and peers
* Provide evidence of continued professional development supporting applications
* Hold a valid driving licence and either own a car able to be used for work or have a Trust personal lease vehicle; reasonable adjustments may be considered for disabled persons
