Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Import Operator for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Sunbury-on-Thames area.
Duties:-
* Assist in the preparation and processing of Air Import documentation
* Oversee the entire Import shipment process to ensure precise and timely bookings.
* Customs entries (CDS)
* Coordinate with airlines and overseas agents
* Track shipments and provide updates to customers
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
Ideal Candidate:-
* Air Import experience (start to finish)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
