Teaching Personnel is seeking compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic ALN Support Assistants to work in a welcoming primary school located in Swansea. ✅ Role Overview
You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups across a nurturing ALN provision. This role includes elements of personal care, mobility assistance, and practical classroom support, making it ideal for someone who truly wants to make a meaningful difference.

✅ Key Responsibilities
* Providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional learning needs
* Supporting learners with physical disabilities, mobility needs or personal care
* Assisting with communication strategies and adapted learning resources
* Working closely with teachers, ALNCo and external specialists
* Promoting independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing
* Supporting behaviour management and sensory regulation activities
* Maintaining safeguarding standards at all times

* Full‑time and part‑time roles available
* Long‑term, ongoing placements with potential to become permanent
A driving licence is highly desirable due to accessibility and travel requirements.
