Salary: GBP28000 - GBP29000 per annum

Customer Service Executive

Dunstable

Salary £28k - £29k plus bonus and benefits

Based on site Monday to Friday

Our client is a market leader in their industry and due to growth within the business and a recent internal promotion they now have an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join their inhouse team.

If you have experience within a customer service and order processing role dealing with B2B clients. Please see below

Your role

* Processing orders from existing customers
* Liaising with internal teams such as warehouse and account managers
* Dealing with queries
* Ensuring all orders and timelines are met for customers
* Building relationships with external clients
* Working closely with account managers
* B2B
* General admin
* Experience in a similar role B2B and order processing
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Experience of using either SAP or CRM systems would be beneficial
* Team player
