Mortgage Administrator
Our client is a highly successful Mortgage Brokerage that specialises in providing independent advice to clients in areas such as residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages and remortgages, as well as Bridging Finance, Commercial, Second Charge Mortgages and Secured Lending.
We are looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Mortgage Administrator to support a team of Mortgage Brokers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, being responsible for managing a high volume of mortgage cases from application through to completion, liaising with Clients, Lenders and Solicitors.
***Candidates must have experience of dealing with a high volume of mortgage cases***
This role is offering hybrid working, two days from home, a competitive salary plus both quarterly and an annual bonus scheme.
Experience required:
* At least two years mortgage administration experience, processing mortgage applications from initial application through to completion.
* You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to work well under pressure using your own initiative
* Team player
* Strong administrative skills.
* Good knowledge of Mortgage Lenders and their processes
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software
Up to £35k Basic + Quarterly & Annual Bonus Scheme
