What youll be doing as Compliance Administrator:
* Processing driving assessment records for all new drivers joining the business.
* Monitoring unauthorised use of vehicles seeing through from start to finish
* Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance
* Ensuring drivers remain compliant by conducting regular checks on (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.)
* Answering calls and handling driver care complaints from start to finish
* Loading and dealing with NIPs Notice of Intended Prosecution from the police for speeding fines
* Weekly/monthly reporting on excel
Were looking for a Compliance Administrator with:
* Administration experience (preferred).
* Desirable knowledge and understanding of fleet processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* PC Literate
* Professional telephone manner
* Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
* Preferred attention to details and accuracy
* Ability to organise and prioritise your workload and work independently.
* Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
