Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance and contribute to competitiveness.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
Your Mission:
* Support the ERS department head as an interface between development departments and workshop
* Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of ERS development projects
* Support department management in budget planning for ERS projects
* Assist with cross-departmental test and deployment planning for ERS components
* Coordinate assembly planning with responsible personnel and workshop
* Participate in optimizing development processes and methods
* Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile:
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management
* Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical and structured working approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies with high commitment
* Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
