Product & Process Technical Optimiser role at CUPONING PULICIDAD S.L. (Yorkshire Water). This is a permanent opportunity in the Bio-Resource department to help Yorkshire Water provide the best service to our customers.
Location
Location: Dewsbury and Caldervale WWTW areas. Must reside within a reasonable commutable distance of Dewsbury or Caldervale WWTW.
Work type
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an operational out of hours standby rota after training.
What You Will Do
* Accountable for the process performance of a specified number of E&R sites, including STW, STF, and all recycling operations, ensuring technically competent permit compliance.
* Coordinate and optimise wastewater compliance performance, sludge throughput, and sustainable recycling at each site.
* Provide the site operations team with process expertise, training, and support to deliver operational excellence.
* Lead the area management team from a performance perspective; present data in team hubs and lead collaborative working sessions; be visible on site and ensure safety in line with Yorkshire Water policies.
* Deliver industry-leading operational performance in 8 key areas: Energy Consumption, Generation Performance, Chemical Optimisation, Permit Compliance, Treatment & Asset Reliability Investigations, Management of Change, Operational Guidance, Cake Recycling, and Sludge Permit compliance.
What Skills, Experience And Qualifications You Will Need
* Knowledge of typical STW/STF asset bases.
* Detailed technical understanding of wastewater and sludge treatment processes and how to fault find/optimise them.
* Working knowledge and experience of SCADA/RTS systems.
* Experience of working to challenging business plans and driving delivery of outputs.
* Experience of working with energy reports.
* Experience of delivering continual improvement in a mature production environment.
* Analytical and proficient in key IT systems.
* Experience of working to Health and Safety Management Systems.
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively due to reactive duties.

* Competitive salary from £41,133 to £49,960 depending on experience.
