Temporary Office Administrator - Maternity Cover (Immediate Start)
Based in Leicester, LE2
Offering £12.85 per hour | Paid Weekly, Every Friday
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: 6-month contract (with potential to extend to 12 months)
The Role
We're currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Leicester. This is a temporary maternity cover role, initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension to 12 months.
This position requires an experience Administrator with a strong background in general office administration to provide essential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior staff
- Manage incoming calls, take accurate messages and direct queries appropriately
- Coordinate office tasks and maintain organised systems
- Handle general admin duties including document creation and data management
- Support with scheduling, correspondence and office coordination
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year's experience in an admin or reception role within a busy environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload independently
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
