About Our Client an established, globally backed solar technology manufacturer is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to support the growth of its distribution business across Sweden. This is a key role focused on expanding market share within the residential and C&I segments, working closely with distributors, installers, and EPC partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting distributors and key installer networks across Sweden
* Build and manage long‑term partnerships with wholesalers, EPCs, and strategic accounts
* Drive revenue growth through new business development and account expansion
* Support partners with product positioning, technical understanding, and value proposition (efficiency, LCOE, performance)
* Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to align market needs with product offerings
* Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
Qualifications
* Proven experience in solar PV sales within Sweden (modules, inverters, or distribution)
* Strong network across distributors, installers, and EPCs in the Swedish market
* Solid understanding of the PV value chain, including technical and commercial drivers
* Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth
* Fluent in Swedish and English
