What You’ll Do
* Make outbound calls and build relationships with existing clients
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Take detailed job specifications and manage client expectations
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report back to your team
* Attend team meetings and contribute to business development
What We’re Looking For
* Previous sales or recruitment experience (essential)
* Passion for IT/Technology
* Target-driven, ambitious, and confident
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Positive attitude and a hunger to succeed

* Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
* Holiday: 20 days, rising to 25 with service
