Your Role as Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects
* Maintain a focused, calm learning environment
* Support student progress and positive behaviour
* Build rapport with students of all abilities
* Work closely with staff across a well‑organised pastoral and curriculum structure
