Who we are We are a fast-growing SaaS company in the feedback sector, focused on scaling within the Mid-Market. We are looking for a commercially driven Growth Marketer to help us consistently generate over 120 qualified demos per month for our enterprise plan. About the role This is a hands-on, full-funnel role focused on paid search, paid social, and remarketing. You will plan and execute data-led campaigns, test and optimise performance across all stages of the funnel, and take ownership of driving high-quality leads that convert into revenue. You will also play a critical role in campaign tracking, reporting and attribution, ensuring we make informed, ROI-positive decisions at every stage. You will report into the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product and Design teams to deliver on Go-to-market campaigns to drive new opportunities. What Great Looks Like Within 3 to 6 months you will Launch and optimise full-funnel paid campaigns that consistently generate qualified demos Deliver measurable improvements in cost per acquisition (CPA), demo-to-opportunity rates, and ROI Establish a high-performing growth engine across paid, remarketing, and landing page optimisation Build dashboards and performance reports that shape decisions across Marketing and Sales Become a trusted partner to Sales and Product in delivering market-ready campaigns Role Responsibilities Develop and execute data-led, full-funnel demand generation strategies Own and optimise paid media channels including Google, Bing, and LinkedIn Ads Plan, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across ads and landing pages Build and manage remarketing campaigns to improve conversion and brand visibility Track lead quality and align with Sales to ensure marketing-sourced leads convert to revenue Report on key metrics including CAC, conversion rate, and ROI using Google Analytics and dashboards Maintain and improve campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution using Google Tag Manager and HubSpot Brief and review creative assets in collaboration with Product and Design Skills & Experience Must-Haves Proven experience managing ROI-positive paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion rate optimisation Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign tracking and automation Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insight from data and translate it into action Comfortable working cross-functionally and briefing creative teams Experience we’d love to see 3 to 5 years in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing in a B2B SaaS environment Experience in marketing attribution and understanding of CAC and lead quality metrics Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar Practical experience over a formal degree is welcome SmartSurvey Values in Action Make the Mission Matter : You connect campaign outcomes to real customer impact.
