A growing business based in Hunmanby is looking to recruit a proactive Office Administrator to support their busy team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a brand-new role, created due to continued growth and increased demand offering the opportunity to get stuck in and make the role your own.

Joining initially on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent, you'll be supporting across a range of administrative tasks, playing a key part in keeping things running smoothly day to day.

Some of the Office Administrator duties will be:


* Coordinating and booking training for workers
* Maintaining accurate records of training, certifications, and documentation
* Providing administrative support to the Operations Director including scheduling, report preparation and correspondence
* Handling reception duties such as answering phones and greeting visitors
* Taking care of general office admin including filing, ordering supplies and managing equipment
We are looking for a self-starter who can use their initiative and work independently. You must be confident using Microsoft Office including Excel.

This will be working 35 hours per week,Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm with 1-hour for lunch & Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm with 30-minutes for lunch, earning a salary of £25,000.
