Job Description
As the first technical hire for a venture-backed startup disrupting the $67B European certification market, you will build an AI-native operating system from scratch. You will lead the technical integration of acquired traditional service providers, automating mission‑critical workflows like scheduling and report generation to modernize the physical compliance industry.

What You Will Do

* Act as a strategic technical advisor, performing due diligence on acquisition targets and defining the long‑term technical roadmap.
The ideal candidate
* 4+ years of full‑stack engineering experience with proficiency in NextJS, Java, TypeScript, and modern AI‑powered workflow automation.
* Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex technical systems and non‑technical business stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to travel across the UK to deeply understand and modernize legacy business operations.
