About the job you’re considering
Our engineering team is growing and we are looking for a talented senior technical artist. Our professional services team works across multiple platforms and industries, incorporating cutting-edge technologies like XR, AI, robotics, and IoT. We use the Unity engine to build custom software solutions in diverse fields, including defense, automotive, and aerospace.
Our cross-disciplinary teams include application & cloud developers, technical artists, 3D artists, UX & UI designers. Our goal is to inspire customers and transform industries. We are committed to maintaining a diverse team and welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds.
Hybrid working:
The work environment varies based on role, needs, and business requirements, blending company offices, client sites, and home working, but not 100% remote.

Your role
You will apply your technical art skills on application projects, from concept to delivery, including integrating real-world data and pioneering new technologies. Your duties include:
* Designing workflows, pipelines, and tools
* Integrating assets and features
* Developing solutions for real-world data incorporation
* Researching and experimenting with new tech
* Collaborating on projects across platforms
* Working with clients and teams locally and remotely

Your skills and experience
We are looking for:
* High-level Unity development experience
* Proficiency with 3D creation tools (e.g., Maya, Blender)
* Knowledge of 3D model optimization
* Shader and rendering effects experience
* Experience with art workflows (modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting)
* Intermediate C# or similar programming skills
Additional preferred skills include experience with CAD, BIM, GIS, LIDAR, AR/VR applications, and Unreal Engine.

Your security clearance
