Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Labourer Cleaner Support Team Leader to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14.
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including:- industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
This is a Full-Time Role –Tuesday to Saturday - working Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 7pm & Friday / Saturday 8 am – 4pm ( time and a half paid on Saturday ) plus the option for overtime & a potential bonus per month, for no sickness and work completion.

Key responsibilities will include: - As a working Team leader
* Working alongside the JCB Maintenance team to carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
* Cleaning of Paint booths / Welding / Shot blast area and will involve; jet washing, floor scrubber drier, confined space cleaning, High–level cleaning other specialist cleaning duties.
* Operate industrial electrical cleaning equipment and power tools including hammers, chisels and Dry Ice Blasters in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
* Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
* Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements
Skills & Key requirements will include:
* Proven experience in working as a team leader or Supervisor
* Experience with working to tight schedules
* Physically fit, and capable of working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals
* High-Level deep Cleaning (working at height)
* Able to work in Confined Spaces
