Job Title: Communications Manager

Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Rate: Up to £420/day (Inside IR35)
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join the Internal and Executive Communications team supporting an international business group. This role is based in London and reports to the International Communications Director. The position focuses on driving internal and executive communications strategies across multiple global regions, including EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and executive communications strategy aligned with international business goals.
* Lead a cross-regional communications team supporting multiple global regions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication needs and deliver targeted, effective messaging.
* Manage editorial calendars and content distribution across a variety of communication channels.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support engagement and alignment.
* Promote two-way communication to gather feedback and address concerns across international teams.
* Lead and manage communications projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver communication campaigns.
* Analyse the performance of communication initiatives and report on key metrics using data-driven insights.
* Ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all platforms and audiences.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in corporate and/or executive communications.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management abilities.
* Creative content development skills with a focus on business alignment.
* Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools.
* Strong analytical skills and experience in data-informed communication decisions.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
