Client Excellence Executive Bristol Area | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH) Full-time | Permanent We’re working with a growing technology services provider that specialises in delivering secure modern workplace solutions to organisations across the UK. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a client excellence executive to join their team. This role sits at the heart of the client journey - ensuring every interaction, onboarding, review and service transition is seamless, structured and genuinely client-focused. The Role The Client Excellence Executive is responsible for delivering an outstanding end-to-end experience across the full service lifecycle. You will act as a central point of coordination between clients, finance, service teams, and leadership - ensuring contractual obligations are met, expectations are exceeded, and service reviews drive meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across services * Coordinate contractual obligations and ensure compliance across internal teams * Work closely with finance regarding billing and service transitions * Own and deliver structured client service reviews * Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and escalations * Investigate and resolve complaints with a client-first mindset * Attend client meetings (onsite and offsite) to gather feedback and drive improvement * Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and internal processes * Champion continuous improvement across the organisation What We’re Looking For * Strong drive to deliver exceptional client service * Confident chairing meetings and driving clear actions * Ability to hold colleagues and suppliers accountable * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders * Experience in client-facing roles * Exposure to IT service environments (desirable) * Experience using PSA or ITSM systems (desirable) The Ideal Candidate You’re proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable operating across teams.
