Licensed Conveyancer & Conveyancing Executive

We are looking for experienced Conveyancing Executives or qualified Residential Property Solicitors to join our dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
* Ensure high levels of client care and service throughout the conveyancing process.
* Utilise advanced conveyancing technology to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Conveyancing Executive or a qualified Residential Property Solicitor.
* Strong commitment to providing excellent client care.
* Ambitious, dynamic, and possessing a positive "can do" attitude.
* Highly organised with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
