What's the role about?
Brand Ambassador – We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to deliver engaging in‑store sampling experiences that inspire shoppers and showcase leading products.
Package
* Pay: £14.34 per hour (includes holiday pay) + performance‑based incentives
* Contract: Zero Hours
* Days: Thursday to Sunday
* Shifts: 10:30am‑3:30pm or 12:00pm‑5:00pm
* Location: Harrogate
As a Brand Ambassador, here's what you'll do:
* Engage with customers in‑store to promote and sample drink & food products, including alcoholic beverages on some shifts
* Communicate product benefits confidently and accurately
* Drive sales by providing an enjoyable and informative customer experience
* Represent premium brands with energy and professionalism

About You
* Comfortable handling & sampling alcohol products when required
* Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused
* Enjoy engaging with the public
* Enthusiastic about food and retail
* Experience in promotions, events, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
