Robert Half is recruiting for an interim Accounts Payable clerk for our prestigious client in Watford, for an initial period of 3-6 months, although this could extend.
The position of Interim Accounts Payable clerk will be varied and focus on the following key skills;
* Matching, checking, and coding invoices
* Making payments via BACS and cheques
* Processing staff expenses
* Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Filing invoices
* Posting Credit Card Transactions
* Managing petty cash
* Data entry
* SAP experience preferable.
The position of Interim Accounts Payable clerk will be paying circa £17-18 hourly, it will be mostly based on-site, therefore a local candidate is required. This is an urgent requirement.
