Care Supervisor
Location: Campbell House development, Weybridge, Surrey.
Hours & Pay
Hourly rate: £16.78 per hour for day shifts and £13.03 per hour for sleeping night shifts, plus £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. Hours: 33 per week (mix of day and sleeping night shifts). Schedule: Week one – Monday nights 3.15pm to 8am and Saturday and Sunday shifts 7.45am to 3.30pm. Week two – Tuesday and Wednesday nights 3.15pm to 8am. Care Supervisors sleep 23:00 to 07:00 providing emergency support to homeowners during that period.
About the Role
We are seeking a professional Care Supervisor to exemplify our high‑quality customer standards. This role supports the management and smooth running of the community of active and independent older people, ensuring they live best lives in private apartments with 24/7 support if needed.
About You
* Warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motivated with experience in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
* Experience in the Health and Social care sector, preferably with a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, though alternative qualifications with relevant experience will be considered.
* Willing to manage the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and oversee Care and Support teams.
* Capable of coordinating and facilitating activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.
* Driven to grow skills, lead by example and think on the feet.
* Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
