We’re working with a leading London-based branding and design studio who are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their collaborative team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across brand strategy, design, and creative delivery, managing some of the studio’s most dynamic clients, from global corporates to innovative start-ups.
You’ll be a key player in the Accounts Team, working closely with creatives at all levels to ensure projects run smoothly, clients are happy, and the work consistently hits a world-class standard.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing multiple client accounts with precision and care
* Acting as the link between clients and the creative team - from Creative Director to Designer
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brief
* Leading the development of client presentations and reports
* Supporting new business initiatives, onboarding, and finance tracking
* Maintaining the highest attention to detail across all communications
What we’re looking for:
* 3–4 years’ experience in a creative, brand, or design agency
* Confident managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
* A genuine passion for brands and creativity
* A proactive, positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to juggle priorities with ease
