Interpret engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and bills of materials. Respond promptly to technical queries, ensuring high levels of service. Complete parts assembly breakdowns and ensure accurate part numbering. Produce, manage, and maintain service parts documentation. Liaise with suppliers to obtain technical information and resolve queries. Support service and parts enquiries linked to new tenders and contracts. Maintain accurate records of all technical support interactions. The Person: Essential: Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, or 5 years' relevant experience. Strong understanding of parts assemblies, BOMs, and system classifications. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience handling technical queries in a customer-focused environment. Knowledge of fault finding and component/system repair. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable: HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering. Experience with CAD tools and vehicle systems.
