✅ What You'll Need to Bring
Essential Requirements:
6. Proven track record delivering Senior level Sales or Leadership hires
7. Experience working with enterprise-level clients (£1B+ revenue)
8. Strong understanding of Technology markets – especially IT Services, Software or AI
9. £250k+ billings per year – consistently delivered
10. Confident, credible communicator – able to influence candidates and consult with clients
11. Resilience, pace, and a winning mindset
12. A positive mindset and winning, team orientated mentally.
13. A passion for learning and self development.
