DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role Successful candidates will join a market-changing organisation that specialises in the discovery and distribution of innovative and disruptive IT security and networking solutions to the IT community. You will be working on the newest and most incredible technologies primarily focusing on Software, Cloud and Software-as-a-service based solutions. As the Sales Administrator, you will: Providing in-house sales support to internal and external sales personnel The creation and administration of quotations Handling inbound customer orders, checking they are complete and accurate Directing inbound sales opportunities to the relevant business units Liaising with Customers where information is missing Information input and maintenance into Salesforce CRM to ensure reports are accurate Assistance in production of sales forecast reports Assisting with Forecast & Pipeline Dealing with incoming partners and opportunities Being able to understand the sales process Potential to manage and be responsible for running your own deals and relationships, aligned to specific vendors QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Sales Administrator : · Experienced in a business environment · Organised, structured, and efficient with good attention to detail · Flexibility, and the ability to work successfully in various environments · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Good team player willing to foster a positive team enviroment. · Self-Motivated WHO IS EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for us We are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
