Responsibilities
* Propel your professional growth by mastering complex Project Development & Financing
* Manage legal aspects of diverse projects across domestic and international markets
* Capitalise on your hands-on experience with NECs, PPA, O&M and EPCs to contribute to power projects.
* Showcase your initiative by independently running calls and client meetings, while also collaborating with a dynamic team of Associates, Partners and a Senior Counsel.
* Be a pivotal part of a thriving team that has secured a significant share of the UK's Hydrogen and CCS projects.
Requirements
* 3+ years post-qualification experience in construction or projects, ideally within a top tier firm.
* Experience in Project Finance, Corporate Energy and Regulatory ideal but not essential
* Hands-on experience with NECs, and EPCs, as well as FIDIC or bespoke power projects
* The keen initiative to manage calls and meetings with minimal supervision
* The motivation to be integral to a pioneering team adept at expanding its influential presence within the industry
