Aura Care Living, is looking for a new Clinical Lead Nurse
Stratton Court boasts 31 luxury retirement apartments and a 85 bed care home.
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to support the leadership team at our Nursing Home. In this pivotal role, you will ensure residents receive the very best in person-centred, high-quality clinical care.
As Clinical Lead, you will:
* Lead, inspire and support a team of nurses and care staff.
* Take responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
* Safeguard and champion the wellbeing of residents at all times.
* Oversee, devise and implement personalised care plans.
* Balance your role between nursing duties and supernumerary responsibilities.
* Develop the skills of the care team
* Promote and maintain a high standard of nursing care
* Ensure effective induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff, mentorship and assessment of student nurses and induction of new care staff
* Work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and CI/CQC Standards as well as following internal policies and procedures
* Planning, directing and delivery of high quality person centered care
* Undertake staff reviews and team meetings
To be considered for this role is it essential that you have:
Excellent clinical skills
Managerial, leadership experience
Nursing qualification and current NMC registration
About you:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead with an active NMC pin. Previous leadership experience in a similar environment is essential, along with sound knowledge of PCS systems. You'll be confident in your clinical expertise, able to mentor and support colleagues, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Above all, you'll have a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.
