Office Manager - Creative Agency
Part-Time - 2.5 Days Per Week (Tuesday - Thursday)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (pro-rata equivalent of £50,000 FTE)

Are you a highly organised and proactive Office Manager who enjoys creating exceptional workplace experiences while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes?
We're partnering with a successful creative business to find an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of a vibrant London office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being at the heart of a collaborative team.
Your Role:
Day to day, you will be:
* Managing the day-to-day running of a busy London office
* Acting as the main point of contact for office suppliers and contractors
* Coordinating maintenance, facilities and workplace services
* Supporting health & safety and compliance processes
* Managing office supplies, refreshments and workplace presentation
* Welcoming visitors and supporting meeting room coordination
* Assisting with employee events and workplace culture initiatives
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding logistics
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
What We're Looking For:
* An experienced Office Manager, Workplace Manager or Facilities Coordinator used to operating in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
* Confident liaising with suppliers and external partners
* Practical, proactive and solutions-focused
* A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Experienced in office compliance, facilities or workplace operations
