Senior Program Manager – Creative Campaigns
* Salary: Up to £113,000 per annum (contract- PAYE - inside IR35 - Paid weekly via PrincipleHR)
* Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in London City
* Contract: Until 31 December 2025 + possibility of extension

We're hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile, integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA. This is a senior-level contract role within an internal agency setting, managing creative output across multiple markets and channels. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multi-market creative campaigns across Europe from planning through execution
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies, and internal marketing stakeholders
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resource planning across multiple simultaneous projects
* Drive production of high-quality creative assets across social, digital, OOH, and experiential channels
* Implement systems and tools to improve creative operations and delivery efficiency
* Ensure brand alignment and compliance across all campaign outputs
What You’ll Bring
* 10+ years in program, account, or production management within creative or brand environments
* Extensive experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple markets
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate autonomously in high-pressure, ambiguous situations
* Strong organisational mindset and attention to detail
Desirable Experience
* Multilingual (French, Spanish, Italian a plus)
* Background in global or innovation-led businesses
* Interest or exposure to emerging technologies such as AI or mixed reality
