for a leading food distribution company. This role is ideal for someone happy to work in a physically active environment, including manual handling, lifting, and supporting warehouse and production operations. Key Duties Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently High-level picking and stock replenishment Goods In: unload deliveries, put-away stock, and rework as needed Goods Out: scanning/voice picking, packing, dispatch, and quality check Lifting, loading, stacking, and wrapping pallets of stock Manual handling and heavy lifting required Support production and manufacturing processes
Requirements: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck certificate Proven forklift driving experience Previous warehouse or production experience Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting Strong work ethic and positive attitude Good attention to detail and communication skills Flexibility to support the team when needed
Pay & Benefits: £13.00 per hour Overtime available after 40 hours On-site Health & Safety induction on your first day Long-term roles with potential for permanent employment
