Your Role as Assistant Manager
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll be a key player in driving turnover, improving KPIs, and managing a high-energy team. Your focus will be on operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and keeping costs and shrinkage in check.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily retail operations across your department.
* Step in as Duty Manager during Store Manager absence.
* Deliver on KPIs including sales, shrinkage, and staffing.
* Motivate your team to consistently provide top-tier service.
* Ensure store standards, compliance, and presentation are always met.
* Maintain a strong focus on stock control and H&S policies.
* Use store data to make informed, commercial decisions.
