Role : Commercial Plumber / Mechanical Engineer - Croydon\n \n Benefits: up to £48,000 / 40 hour week / 22 + 8 days holiday / Private Medical / Death in service / Pension\n \n Shifts : 4 on 4 off / 7am-7pm\n \n We are an international facilities management company with over 100 years experience in the industry, currently employing over 4000 engineers. We work closely with many industries such as government, healthcare, education, retail and the aviation industry. Our services in the hard sector include, Electrical and mechanical maintenance, building services, fire safety, and compliance.\n \n We are seeking a skilled and qualified Plumber & Mechanical Engineer to work on government building in Croydon\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nInstall, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings.\nIdentify and diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques.\nPerform routine maintenance and repair on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and valves\nPerform regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems and detect any potential issues.\nEnsure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.\nWork closely with other maintenance and facility staff to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.\nMaintain accurate records of all work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.\nRespond to emergency plumbing issues promptly and efficiently to minimise downtime and potential damage.\nCommunicate effectively with building occupants, contractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions.Essential Qualifications / Experience:\n\nQualified plumber - City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing\nUnvented\nMust have commercial experience\nDriver's Licence \n\nPackage\n\nSalary £45 -£48,000pa DOE\n40 hour week\n22+8day holiday\nPrivate Medical\nDeath in Service\nPension\nVan\nTools\nLaptop\nMobile
