Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Internal Sales Representative based on-site in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving internal sales activity, managing existing customer accounts, generating new business leads, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to sales performance while developing strong client relationships in a dynamic and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
* Manage and grow customer accounts with a focus on retention and satisfaction
* Proactively identify and generate new business leads
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels
* Support broader sales efforts and team initiatives
Qualifications
* Proven experience in internal/inside sales and lead generation
* Strong customer service and account management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team
* Industry experience within plastics or related materials is advantageous
