Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the MASH team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to address complex safeguarding concerns
* Oversee case management to ensure safeguarding decisions are made promptly and effectively
* Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to team members
* Ensure that policies, procedures, and standards are effectively implemented
* Conduct regular team meetings to align on objectives and plans
* Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the services provided
