Job Description
As Global Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for steering the product roadmap, achieving market growth and participation gains, orchestrating campaigns that drive specific product growth, deploying high-quality standards, and embedding a getting-things-done culture.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Participation on the Leadership Team
* Collaborate to craft and develop the business strategy.
* Drive business growth aligned with an innovative technology/business model and the MSOL vision.
* Integrate the Corrosion and Erosion business and products into the broader Emerson organization efficiently.
Strategic
* Develop vision, mission, and goals for delivering value via data, analytics, hardware, and software.
* Guide the product management and marketing teams to influence end users and anticipate industry requirements.
* Maintain collaborations with key universities and research facilities.
* Coordinate within Measurement Solutions and Emerson through global forums and centers of excellence.
* Work with Engineering Managers to set product development strategies aligned with CE goals.
Functional Management and Technical Leadership
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve growth targets.
* Manage pricing and discount strategies, responding to market forces.
* Define and meet product line financial targets including revenue, profitability, and market share.
* Ensure timely delivery of product releases and manage the NPD pipeline.

Qualifications
* Extensive experience leading large engineering teams, product development, research, and support.
* Strong leadership, strategic analysis, and a proven track record in product projects and sales management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse technical areas.
* Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business, with substantial technical experience.
* Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant Engineering fields; Master’s or PhD preferred.
* Expertise in ultrasonic measurement technologies or industrial instrumentation.
